comfortable rooms helpful staff good breakfast
The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. Our room had a washing machine, and that was especially useful. The breakfast had a good selection of tasty food.
Sound insulation was lacking. I could hear noise from other rooms..

a lovely stay
helpful staff beautiful room breakfast options
the staff helped book activities and were so friendly. my room was beautiful and clean and the view was indeed lovely. the location meant a short walk along the river was possible. i could easily get a shuttle or taxi as well. the buffet breakfast was delicious with different options every day.

the location was close, but not right in the centre of the town, good. the hotel provides free bicycles. it makes it quicker than those near to the centre. there is a shuttle, great.

clean bathroom comfy bed excellent service
The staff assisted with tickets to the Memories show and the Bamboo circus. The spa treatments were affordable, and I found the service excellent! The room had a big shower and a clean bathroom. The bed was very comfy.
The walk into the town took about 20 minutes. but the hotel offered a shuttle bus or could order a taxi.

the staff were very kindly. i especially thank ms. tina, the receptionist, for her knowledge. ms. tina. i liked the location and the view. the staff were very friendly and polite.
the room lacked sound insulation. i heard movement above and in adjacent rooms. breakfast could be better with what is on offer.

a stay with minor drawbacks
attentive staff car transfer free bike stained sheet breakfast quality distance
the staff was attentive. they arranged car transfers for us and suggested things to do. free bikes were available, , made it easy to explore the town and the beach.
the sheet had a stain. it was around 2km walk to old town. the breakfast is average.
